Beyond her professional work, she is actively involved with the Bombay Chartered Accountants Society (BCAS) and has been a participant in Jagriti Yatra, a transformative journey that nurtures entrepreneurship and drives grassroots innovation across India.

Chirag Doshi is the Managing Partner at CD Financial ReEngineering Advisors LLP, where he leads the firm's Virtual CFO, Financial Reengineering, Forensic Support, and Operating Procedure Implementation practices.
With over 15 years of global experience, he has worked across Canada, Germany, Dubai, Singapore, Egypt, the UK, India, and more—serving clients across banking, manufacturing, shipping, power, media, IT, and real estate sectors.
A Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and CFA Level II (USA), he specializes in IFRS/Ind AS implementation, internal controls, SOX compliance, and financial systems integration.
He also mentors early-stage startups, helping them build strong financial foundations and long-term value.
He serves as an Independent Director on the boards of listed companies and NBFCs, and has held key roles including Member of the ICAI’s Auditing & Assurance Standards Board and Joint Secretary at BCAS.
A frequent speaker and trainer, he has addressed forums such as ICAI, BCAS, Chamber of Tax Consultants, and leading universities. His professional journey has been featured by The CA Story and Cliqtax, celebrating his move from corporate to entrepreneurship.
He currently serves as the Chairman of the Seminar, Membership & Public Relations (SMPR) Committee and was the President of BCAS in 2023–24.
