He has been recognised and facilitated with various titles including Best leadership award and outstanding performerduring his services.He is specialised in the field of Plastic Reprocessing, Salt Refineries, Pipe Coating,Mining, Mineral beneficiation including Bleaching clay, Attapulgite, Kaolin, Silica Sand, Propant& GCC and other chemical Products.

She is B. E Electrical, MBA (Operations), Certified Energy Auditor & Manager. She is having Fourteen years of experience in the field of Engineering Maintenance and Operations. Demonstrated abilities in the field of Project Planning, control and its Execution in manufacturing domain. Adroit to Electricity utility board (PGVCL) liaising matters, Power trading on Indian Energy Exchange (IEX) platform and implementation of Energy Conservations measures. A Good Communicator with strong leadership ability working for a goal orientated approach towards the organisation. She is certified six sigma white belt professional with sound Troubleshooting and Team Management ability.
